Cancellation Policy

At the Institute of Skin (IOS), we are committed to providing high-quality, professional training and mentoring sessions tailored to aesthetic practitioners. To ensure a smooth experience for all, please take a moment to review our booking policy. 1. Booking Confirmation All training or mentoring sessions must be booked in advance. A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received. You will receive confirmation via email once your booking is secured. 2. Deposits and Payments A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your place on all 1:1 mentoring sessions and short courses. The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled training. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule: At least 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule without losing your deposit. If less than 7 days’ notice is given, the deposit is non-transferable. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. We allow one reschedule per booking; further changes may incur additional charges. 4. Minimum Attendance Requirements For one-to-one sessions, punctuality is essential. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session. For group sessions (if applicable), a minimum number of attendees is required. In the rare event a session must be rescheduled, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund. 5. Refund Policy Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Full refunds will only be issued if the session is cancelled by IOS due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are not available for partially attended courses or if you change your mind after the session. 6. Certification In house Certificates of attendance will only be issued upon full attendance and participation in the training session. You must meet all course requirements to receive certification. 7. Health & Safety If you are unwell or have been in contact with infectious conditions, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. All participants must adhere to hygiene and safety protocols during in-person training. By booking a session or course with Institute of Skin, you agree to the terms outlined in this booking policy.
